JRS Jordan provides its services impartially and without discrimination, and advocates for the rights of the most vulnerable. In 2024 it has been providing language classes, digital skills trainings and other learning opportunities; mental health support, social cohesion and community-building initiatives.

JRS Jordan current focus is on reconciliation (social cohesion and peace-building among all communities, refugees and local ones) and empowerment of refugees.
